| In 1944, the CTA co-founded the Annual "Carols by Candlelight" which are held in Elder Park each year before Christmas. The CTA is still strongly involved, together with major sponsors, The Advertiser, The Adelaide Bank and Channel 7 in arranging this important event which raises considerable funds and donations for South Australian children's charities. | |||
